The present writ petition has been filed challenging the orders of the respondent nos.2 and 3 dated 19.1.2026 and 22.7.2019, respectively, arising out of proceedings under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. 3. Facts of the case, as borne out from the writ petition, are that the predecessor in interest of respondent nos.5 to 7 filed an application under Section 41 of the Act of 1901 for demarcation of his Plot No.20 area 0.202 hectare situated in Village Shyavari, Tehsil Jasrana, District Firozabad.
