Brief facts of the case are that against the order dated 14.10.1997 passed by Consolidation Officer in the proceeding under Rule 109-A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954 hereinafter referred to as U.P.C.H. Rules, restoration application filed by Gram Sabha was rejected for non-prosecution vide order dated 7.7.2022.
