The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of respondent no.1 dated 27.8.2025 insofar as it makes observation on merit of the case while dismissing the review application. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in proceedings arising out of division of holding filed by petitioner under Section 176 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R.
