Brief facts of the case are that an objection under Section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H. Act") filed on behalf of petitioners was rejected by the Consolidation Officer vide order dated 14.5.2025 recording finding that plot nos.2/3 & 2/4 cannot be valued due to entry made in C.H. Form 2-A. Against the order of the Consolidation Officer dated 14.5.2025, appeal under Section 11 (1) of U.P.C.H.
