Court No. - 54 HON'BLE CHANDRA KUMAR RAI, J. 1. Heard Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ray, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. Brief facts of the case are that proceeding under Section 9A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 hereinafter referred to as U.P.C.H. Act was decided by Consolidation Officer vide order dated 22.6.2011. Against the order of Consolidation Officer dated 22.6.2011, appeal under Section 11 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act filed by petitioners was allowed vide order dated 1.4.2017 and the matter was remitted back before the Consolidation Officer setting aside the order dated 22.6.2011 and directed the Consolidation Officer to decide the title objection on merit after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties.
