Dubey, learned Counsel for respondent no.13 and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ray, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. Brief facts of the case are that petitioner is chak holder no. 107. Against the proposal of the Assistant Consolidation Officer, the chak objection was filed by petitioner which was decided vide order dated 14.11.2024 granting relief in part to the petitioner. Petitioner was not satisfied with the order of Consolidation Officer accordingly chak appeal was filed before the Settlement Officer of Consolidation. The appeal filed by petitioner was heard and decided by Settlement Officer of Consolidation vide order dated 22.5.2025 after granting benefit of Section 5 of Limitation Act in filing the appeal taking out the plot nos. 1594, 1589, 1590 from the chak of the
