The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 15.12.2025 passed by respondent no.2. ii. issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. iii. Award cost of the writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal under Section 11 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act filed on behalf of petitioner along with others against the order of Consolidation Officer dated 8.1.2025 passed in the proceeding under Section WRIB No. 1357
