By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the impugned order dated 11.10.2007, passed by the respondent No.2 treating the petitioner to be a temporary employee. 3. Factual matrix of the case is that father of t he petitioner, who was working on the post of Jailer under the control of respondents, died in service. Due to sudden demise of the father of the petitioner, the entire family was in hardship due to death of bread earner. The petitioner moved an application under U.P.
