Petition has been filed challenging Government Order dated 19.6.2023. Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties to re-fix salary of petitioners as per order dated 17.06.2019 and to provide arrears of such salary has also been sought. 3. It has been submitted that petitioners were initially appointed on the post of Collection Amins between 1976 & 1977 and completed 24 years of service prior to 2003. It is submitted that subsequently petitioners superannuated from service during the years 2010-2013 and benefit of second Promotional Pay-Scale was granted in terms of Government Order dated 24.07.2018.
