Mirzapur by its order dated 22.01.2026. 3. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy to file revision as provided under Rule 23 of Uttar Pradesh Police Officers of the Subordinate Ranks (Punishment And Appeal) Rules, 1991. 4.
