The grievance of the petitioner is that the University is not nominating the subject expert to constitute a selection committee in order to select the Lecturer (Literature) in pursuance of the request letter dated 04.09.2025 communicated by the Manager of the College (petitioner) to the Vice Chancellor of the University. 3. Learned counsel for the University submits that similar issue has been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in batch of writ petitions leading case being Writ-A No.1544 of 2026 (Committee of Management, Sri Vijay Raghav Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya vs. State of U.P.
