The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.02.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of Education (Secondary Education), Aligarh Division, Aligarh, respondent No. 3, whereby the claim of the present petitioner for pensionary benefits on the basis of the last pay drawn has been rejected. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed on 29.01.1980 to the post of Lecturer (English) in Sri Yamuna Inter College, Baghpat. During his service period, he was handed over the charge of Ad-Hoc/Officiating Principal on 30.06.2009 and continued to discharge the duties of the said post till attaining the age of superannuation.
