The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 15.04.2026 passed by the Additional Director of Education (Secondary Education) Shiksha Nideshalaya U.P. at Prayagraj (respondent no.3), whereby transfer order dated 31.10.2025, passed in favour of the present petitioner transferring him from Ballia to Prayagraj, has been quashed and he has been repatriated to his parent institution, i.e., Sudishta Baba Inter College, Sudishtapuri, Raniganj, District Ballia. 4.
