Earlier the petitioner approached this Court by filing a petition being Writ A No.19344 of 2025, which was finally disposed of vide judgement and order dated 12.01.2026. By the aforesaid order respondent no.2-Commissioner and Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow in that writ petition was directed to decide the claim of the petitioner for his transfer from Aligarh to Meerut. The aforesaid claim was rejected by the respondent no.2-Commissioner/Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow vide order dated 10.03.2026 hence present writ petition. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the decision taken by the respondent no.2 is against the transfer policy issued by the State Government dated 06.05.2025.
