The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to issue a writ of quo-warrant declaring the appointment and continuance of the respondent no.4 on the post of Director, Printing and Stationary, U.P., Prayagraj and Joint Director, Printing and Stationary, U.P., Prayagraj in Printing and Stationary Department of the State of U.P. as a nullity. 2. Insofar as the first part of the aforesaid prayer is concerned, it is argued by Shri Fuzail Ahmad Ansari (A/F 0021/2012), learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 that the respondent no.4 was appointed on the post of Joint Director, Printing and Stationary and vide order dated 03.12.2025 he was given the additional charge on the post of Director.
