Instant writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 09/09/2025 (Annexure no. 16) passed by respondent no. 2. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondents to pay the remaining salary as well as arrears as a regular principal for the reason that the petitioner has officiated the said post of a regular principal from 30/05/2023 to 31/03/2025." 3.
