Factual matrix of the case is that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Safai Karmi (Sweeper), through the office order No. 1067/ dated 21.11.2008, for the village Panchayat Gobraha, Revenue Village Manpur, Vikas Khand Ram Nagar, District Barabanki and the petitioner joined her service on 1.12.2008. Job Card was also issued to the petitioner on 21.11.2008
