Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking following reliefs: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records of the case and to quash impugned order dated 30-12-2025 passed by the Deputy Director of Education (Secondary) Region, Saharanpur, respondent no.3 (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. forthwith accord pensionary benefit in favour of petitioner having retired on the post of Principal on the basis of the last pay drawn to be paid to the petitioner alongside arrears of pensionary benefits with admissible interest therein to be passed within stipulated period of 3 to time which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in extraordi
