Prayer By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the opposite party No. 2 contained as Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 and 3 to refund an amount to the tune of Rs. 1,92,004/- which was deducted from the leave encashment of the petitioner with interest within stipulated time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.
