The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 26.03.2025 served upon the petitioners by means of letter dated 04.04.2025 (contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) whereby the petitioner was denied their claims for payment of arrears of salary and remaining part of leave encashment. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to allow to the petitioners thearrears of salary in view of recommendations 6th Pay-Commission for the period 01.01.2006 to 28.07.2010 and 7th Pay Commission for the period and
