The captioned writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging therein the order dated 06.08.2004 passed by Respondent No. 2 whereby his promotion made vide order dated 29.01.2001 has been cancelled and he has been reverted from the post of Junior Clerk to the post of Waterman / Farrash. 3.
