The present petition has been preferred against the judgment and final order dated 17.11.2022 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow (hereinafter referred to as “the Tribunal”) in OA No. 207 of 2022. BRIEF FACTUAL CONSPECTUS 2. The relevant facts in brief for the purpose of deciding this petition are detailed herein below. 3. The respondent was enrolled in the Corps of EME of Indian Army on 19.10.1984 and after serving for more than 30 years, he was discharged on 31.10.2014 in Low Medical Category under Rule 13 (3) Item I (i)(a) of the Army Rules, 1954. At the time of discharge from 2 WRIA No. - 423 of 2024 service, the Release Medical Board (hereinafter referred to as "RMB") held at Military Hospital, Bhopal on 18.09.2014
