By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 15.5.2009 passed by respondent no.4 (District Inspector of Schools, Barabanki) contained as Annexure-1 to the writ petition, with further prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to pay salary of the petitioner of Class IV post as was paid earlier and further the respondents may be directed to pay arrears of salary to the petitioner with effect from May, 2009 along with interest. 3. Factual matrix of the case is that after obtaining prior approval from the District Inspector of Schools, Barabanki as required under Regulation 101 the appointment of the petitioner
