By means of present writ petition the petitioners have challenged the validity of order dated 18.04.2022, passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Branch, Lucknow (hereinafter referred to as "the Tribunal"), thereby claim for disability pension to the opposite party has been allowed. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the opposite party was enrolled in the Indian Army on 08.03.1989 and was discharged from service on 31.03.2019 under Army Rule 13(3) Item I(i)(a), after rendering more then 30 years of service.
