By means of the present writ petition the petitioners have assailed the validity of judgement and order dated 2.12.2022 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow whereby learned Tribunal allowed the claim of the respondent for disability pension. 3. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that the respondent was enrolled in Indian Army on 1.5.1996 and discharged on 31.5.2020 in the permanent low medical category and fulfilling the condition of enrollment under Rule 13(3) Item III (iii)(a)(i) of the Army Rules. 3. It has been submitted that at the time of discharge a Release Medical Board was held at the Military Hospital, Jodhpur on 19.3.2020 when the respondent was assessed with regard to his disability of seizure disorder
