This petition has been filed for quashing the departmental proceedings against the petitioner including the charge sheet and all consequential proceedings. A further prayer of mandamus has been sought to direct the respondents to grant entire service benefits from the date of his suspension and to pay all the retiral dues, including Gratuity, 2nd ACP, Earned Leave etc., as also interest @12% over the unpaid dues. 3.
