According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is employed through outsourcing by respondent no.5 and now he has been transferred vide order dated 22.1.2026, by the respondent no.3 from Jhansi to Hathras, however, he is still not relieved, therefore, he is not able to join at transferred place i.e. Hathras. 3.
