This petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 04.09.2020 issued by respondent no. 4. 3. The petitioner appearing in person submits that he was placed under suspension on 28.01.2008 on the basis of pendency of criminal trial of F.I.R. No. 76 of 2008, under Section 376 (2)(ga)(chha) I.P.C., P.S. Achalganj, District Unnao. It is further submitted that the case was committed to the court of Session, which was registered as S.T. No. 315 of 2007 (State Vs. Umesh Prasad @ Umesh Chandra & Ors.).
