Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 14.01.2026 passed by respondent no.2/ Commissioner (Gram Vikas) Government of U.P. at Lucknow, whereby the lawful claim of the petitioner for grant of full leave encashment up to 300 days, in light of the judgment rendered in Ganesh Prasad Tiwari vs. State of U.P. and Others, has been arbitrarily and illegally rejected; (b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2/ Commissioner (Gram Vikas) Government of U.P. at Lucknow, to forthwith release and pay leave encashment for full 300 days earned leave to the petitioner strictly in terms of the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in Writ-A No.12721
