By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned order dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition). A further prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 to pay interest on the ACP amount from the due date, i.e., 07.04.2016, till the date of actual payment, within a specified period.
