Petition has been filed challenging order dated 19.09.2024 rejecting petitioner's representation for grant of minimum of pay-scale of a Class IV posts. It has been submitted that earlier as well petitioner had filed Writ A No. 4238 of 2024 which was disposed of vide order dated 27.05.2024 directing the authorities concerned to consider case of petitioner. It is in pursuance thereof that the impugned order has been passed.
