This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- “A) Issue an appropriate writ or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the discriminatory condition stipulated by the respondents in para 7.6 of SSC Notification F.No. 3/6/2019-P&P-II published in the year 2019 wherein only male candidates were asked to produce a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) for consideration of their candidature to the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi 2. The petitioner in effect is challenging the conditions stipul
