Govt. of NCT of Delhi1. 2. However, Mr. Singh submits that Pawan Sharma’s judgment is presently under challenge in the Supreme Court, though the SLP is yet to be listed. 3. Nonetheless, as the matter is covered by the decision in Pawan Sharma and more particularly, since the impugned judgement already stands set aside in Pawan Sharma’s case, we cannot pass any other order in this matter. 4. Accordingly, the petitioners in these petitions would also be entitled to the benefit of the judgment passed by us in Pawan Sharma. 5. These writ petitions are allowed in the aforesaid terms. C.
