Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the judgment of the Tribunal dated 18 September 2024, under challenge in these Signature Not Verified Signed By:ANUBHAV W.P.(C) 14978/2025 and W.P.(C) 19538/2025 Page 1 of 2 TRIPATHI Signing Date:04.05.2026 12:26:19 writ petitions already stands quashed by this Court vide its judgment dated 10 November 2025 in Pawan Sharma v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi1. 2. However, Mr. Singh submits that Pawan Sharma’s judgment is presently under challenge in the Supreme Court, though the SLP is yet to be listed. 3. Nonetheless, as the matter is covered by the decision in Pawan Sharma and more particularly, since the impugned judgement already stands set aside in Pawan Sharma’s case, we cannot pass any other order in this matter. 4. Accordingly, the petitioners in these petitions would also be entitled to the benefit of the judgment passed by us in Pawan Sharma. 5. These writ petitions are allowed in the aforesaid terms. C.
