Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 0263/2019 dated 18.09.2019, registered at Police Station Hauz Khas Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 354/354(D) IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. According to complainant, petitioner was her friend and they were in relationship. Thereafter, on account of some dispute between their respective mothers, the aforesaid relationship came to an end. 3. According to her, on 13.09.2019, when she met the petitioner, he had touched her inappropriately. 4. Quashing is being sought for the reason that shortly, after the aforesaid incident, the parties have got married to each other. The date of marriage is 22.10.2019. In view of the abovesaid, respondent No. 2 is not interested in continuing with the FIR in question. 6. She submits that she got married to the petitioner on 22.10.2019 and they are living in complete peace and harmony. She also submits that a Memorandum of Understanding has also been signed by her on 01.04.2026. She submits that she has entered into settlement
