Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 0263/2019 dated 18.09.2019, registered at Police Station Hauz Khas Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 354/354(D) IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. According to complainant, petitioner was her friend and they were in relationship.
