These appeals have been filed on the issue of quantum of compensation awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal [‘MACT’], Tis Hazari Courts in claim no. 907/2012 dated 10th October 2014 for an amount of Rs.21,38,824/- with interest at the rate of 9% per annum. 2.
