Of these 6 vacancies, 4 were Unreserved, 1 was reserved for Scheduled Castes and one for Other Backward Classes. 2. The respondents in these writ petitions applied against the said advertisement, for direct recruitment as JE. Written examination was conducted on 20 October 2013. They qualified, and underwent interview on 27 November 2013 which, too, they cleare
