Mr. Pandey, learned SPC for the petitioners, at the very outset acknowledges that this case is covered by the judgment cited by the Central Administrative Tribunal1 as well as the recent judgment of this Court rendered in Union of India & Ors. v. Sh Purshotam Dass Sharma & Ors. rendered on 9 April 2026 in WP(C) 4694/2026. He however prays that the costs imposed by the Tribunal may be waived. 2. We note that the costs have been directed to be paid to the ‘Poor Patients Funds under the Aegis of AIIMS’. 3.
