The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner-Union Bank of India, assailing the award dated 04.12.2018 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, CGIT-I, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, in ID No. 154/2013, whereby the respondent/workman has been held to be entitled to reinstatement alongwith 50% back wages. 2.
