Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 330/2024 dated 22.06.2024, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, for commission of offences under Sections 279/337 IPC (later converted into Section 338 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The incident is of 29.05.2024 and on that day, respondent No.2 was coming back home while driving his motor cycle.
