The present Petition, under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeks the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes as are stated to have arisen inter se the parties in terms of Clause 25 of the Agreement dated 10.12.20222, as executed between the parties.
