The order dated 04.06.2025 passed by the D.I.O.S. has already been withdrawn in terms of order dated 05.02.2026. 3. We have heard the appeal. The respondent no.1-petitioner has challenged an order dated 05.05.2025 passed by the D.I.O.S. in the context of a resolution passed by Committee of Management of Sarvjanik Vidhyalaya Inter College for appointment by transfer of the appellant-Dr. Shashi.
