This appeal is directed against order dated 23.03.2026 passed by learned Single Juge in Writ - C No. 6729 of 2026, whereby the writ petition, filed by the appellant, has been dismissed on account of availability of alternative remedy. 2. The writ petition was filed questioning the validity of cancellation of petitioner's candidature for allotment of fair price shop by order dated 24.12.2025 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate ('SDM'), Tehsil - Salempur, District - Deoria. 3.
