Petitioner was appointed Assistant Teacher in the year 2010, on the strength of her special BTC qualification. She had earned her graduation degree from Gorakhpur University in the year 2000. Having worked for 12 years, apparently on some complaint made to the B.S.A., the University has conducted a preliminary inquiry.
