A writ petition was filed by the respondents who were Survey Assistants in the Department of Town and Country Planning, Government of U.P. seeking the following main reliefs :- “i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 28.5.2015 passed by respondent No.3 and consequential order dated 10.6.2015 passed by the respondent no. 4 so far as it relates to petitioner
