After hearing the parties and perusing the records, what comes out is that the appellants were appointed as Assistant Teacher in a Madarsa on 19.05.2024, as claimed by the then Committee of Management, a fact which is being disputed by the respondent- petitioners. Be that as it may, the said appointment was approved by the Registrar, Madarsa Board on 10.06.2024. Since then, they have been continuing as Assistant Teacher and receiving salary. 2. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondent-petitioners that some dispute was pending before various fora relating to Management of the Madarsa and there were rival claims in this regard. According to him, the respondent-petitioner, Committee of Management, is at present, in control of the Madarsa, a fact which is being disputed by the appellants
