The present Regular First Appeal under Section 96 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as ‘CPC’), has been preferred on behalf of the Appellant/Defendant No.2 assailing the Judgment and Decree dated 08.07.2022, whereby the learned District Judge- 03 Delhi, decreed the Suit of the Respondent No.1/Plaintiff for Damages in the sum of Rs.3,50,000/- along with the pendente lite and future interest @10% p.a, against the Appellant/Defendant No.2.
