Prem Lata Surekha under Section 37 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, ‘the Act’), challenging the order dated 21st February, 2025 (hereinafter, ‘the impugned order’) passed by ld. Single Judge of this Court in O.M.P. (COMM) 140/2023 titled Prem Lata Surekha versus Sh. Chakradhari Surekha & Ors. 3. Vide the impugned order, the ld. Single Judge dismissed the application filed by Smt. Hence, the present appeal. Factual Background 4. M/s Sri Narayan Rajkumar (hereinafter, ‘the partnership firm’), a family run partnership firm is at the core of the present dispute. The said partnership firm was initially constituted in April, 1973, and was engaged in the business of trading, manufacturing, import exports, financing, dealerships.
