Single Judge dismissed the application filed by Smt. Hence, the present appeal. Factual Background 4. M/s Sri Narayan Rajkumar (hereinafter, ‘the partnership firm’), a family run partnership firm is at the core of the present dispute. The said partnership firm was initially constituted in April, 1973, and was engaged in the business of trading, manufacturing, import exports, financing, dealerships.
