Through the present petition, the Petitioner has assailed the correctness of the order dated 08.01.20191, passed in O.A. No. 4309/2016, whereby the learned Central Administrative Tribunal2 rejected the Petitioner’s prayer for appointment on the post of assistant teacher in OBC Category against the 37 unfilled vacancies. 2.
