The Plaintiffs / Respondent filed a Civil Suit bearing DJ CS No. 3287/2024 for Possession, Recovery of Arrears of Rent and mesne profits along with pendente lite and future interest and Permanent Injunction. 3. The facts in brief as narrated in the Plaint, are that the erstwhile owners i.e. Mr. Prabir Barua and Smt. Kana Barua, had let out the Groun
