The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre [“DIAC”] for the adjudication of disputes inter se the parties. 2.
